DAY 1 – AIRPORT ARRIVAL | PROCEED TO HAVELOCK ISLAND – VISIT RADHANAGAR BEACH
Once you arrive at Port Blair airport, your memorable journey begins. Start your Andaman Tour by exploring the wonderful island havelock. You will travel to Havelock island by morning / afternoon ferry. The island is 57kms away from Port Blair. Reach Havelock and Check-in at Havelock Hotel, Proceed to Enjoy the magnificent beaches such as Radha Nagar beach and witness the glory of nature and vivid marine creatures. Return by evening and Stay at Havelock Hotel.
DAY 2 – ELEPHANTA BEACH
Proceed to visit Elephanta beach through speed boat ferry or by Trekking. Elephant beach is one of the main attractions of the Havelock Islands. This beach is beautiful and free from human-made pollutants. Here you can see vivid marine life, and the bright coral reefs are famous on this beach. Return back to jetty Stay at Havelock hotel.
DAY 3- KALAPATHAR BEACH | RETURN PORT BLAIR
Check-out from Hotel and Proceed to visit Kalapathar beach. Return back to jetty by afternoon and Proceed to catch the Private ferry for Port Blair. Reach Port Blair by evening and Stay at Port Blair hotel.
DAY 4 – AIRPORT DROP
Your entire Andaman trip will end. We will drop you at the airport.

Any additional charges arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, vip movement, Flight Cancellation or Cruise cancellation etc.
The services of vehicles is not included on leisure days. Also Additional sightseeing, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Mandatory Gala dinner on 14th Feb, 24th/25th December and 31st December are not Included. Extra amount will be applicable for Guest visiting during these dates.
ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL Refund for cancellation received 30 days in advance.
50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
No refund for cancellation less than 15 days in advance.
Any room booking made above 05 rooms at one given time is non-refundable.
Bookings confirmed on discounted rate will be considered as a non –refundable booking.
The hotel is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation of flight / ferry.
The hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
No Refunds for Unused nights or early checkouts
No Refunds on Cancellation of bookings for Peak Season – Diwali Period & Xmas/New Year Period(15th Dec’20 to 15th Jan’21)
No Refunds will be provided in the event of Ferry or Flight Cancellations
FERRY CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Charges Before 48Hrs of Departure – Rs100 + Taxes are applicable (Documentation Charges Per Ticket No.), Before 24Hrs of Departure – 50% + Taxes are applicable, WITHIN 24 Hrs of Departure – No Refund.
5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the order is placed.
FOR TRIP PACKAGE / ACTIVITIES
Rs 2500 from.the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the booking is placed.
No refund, if Cancellation received less than 15 Days before arrival.
50% of the total package amount is applicable, if Cancellation received between 15 – 25Days before arrival.
25% of the total package amount is applicable, if Cancellation received between 25- 30 Days before arrival.
FLIGHT CANCELLATION CHARGES :
Cancellation Policy for Domestic Airlines
Service Charge of Rs.500/Passenger will be charged for cancellations.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION LESS THAN 48 HOUR KINDLY CALL THE RESPECTIVE AIRLINES FOR CANCELLATION/REBOOKING AND THEN INFORM TRAVEL BUDDY for REFUNDS/CONFIRMATION.
Hotel Check in time is 10.00 hours and check –out time is 08.00 hours
The ferry timings are totally subjected to availability of seats and schedule of their operation. Inform the client not to stick to a particular time. The final ferry departure timings will be briefed on their arrival.
There will be no refund for any unused services.
In Andaman Mobile networks are BSNL, AIRTEL & VODAFONE and no other Networks are supported
All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial .we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.
In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition, Natural Calamity Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets cancelled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island o any other island. These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Port Blair Havelock/ Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us.
Majority of the Hotels in Havelock do not have room service (all the foods are served on the mail restaurant only), intercom and hot water facilities, although for children and elderly guest hot bucket water is available on request.
All the Hotels in Port Blair and Havelock has Extra mattress system they do not provide Extra beds
